This Fletcher Middle School PTSA fundraiser was successful and qualified students will be notified concerning their time to enjoy the Games2U Mobile Gaming Theater on Nov. 2. Please be sure and arrange your schedule to pick up your catalog items at our distribution on Thursday, October 28 from 3:30 to 6:30.

• Scrolling Cafeteria Sign: (under consideration) A literary thought-provoking way to get a fun message broadcast.

• Adventure Landing Night: Date to be announced for an evening from 4 – 9 pm strictly for FMS students and families!

No-Fuss Fundraising Programs that support FMS PTSA

Take-Stock-in-Me Certificates: The simplest way to support your child’s school experience.  You decide how much stock to “purchase,” and, viola – you’ve contributed to a better school environment through FMS PTSA programs!

The Beaches Leader is another easy way to support FMS PTSA. We receive $10 for every new or two-year renewal subscription. Just let them know at the Beaches Leader when subscribing or renewing.

General Mills Box Tops for Education, Campbell Soup Labels for Education and Tyson A+ Programs raise needed funds every year. Just clip these coupons off the packages and send them in to the school.  There is a basket to drop off the labels in the front office.  The websites to learn more about these programs are:

You may currently work for a company that will match your donation to the PTSA (Matching Gift to Education Program).  Please check with your Human Resources Department.

Make checks payable to FMS-PTSA.  Please be advised that the PTSA is required to keep its membership fees separate from any fundraising monies as required by Federal tax laws.   Please indicate whether we may acknowledge you in the newsletter.

For a $25 or more donation, a letter for tax deduction will be mailed home by January 31, 2011.
